The most likely explanation is that the tickets you purchased were listed as “Shipping” because the seller expected  to receive hard stock tickets from the issuing box office, team, or artist. Occasionally,  the venue will issue email tickets instead of hard stock tickets as planned; in such cases, the seller will print and ship those tickets to accommodate the planned delivery method.
