When sellers list their tickets on Vivid Seats, they set the number of tickets that fans can select in an order. It’s common practice in the ticketing industry to sell even sets of tickets in even batches (e.g. two, four, six, or eight tickets from a set of eight), and odd sets in odd batches (e.g. one, three, five, or seven tickets from a set of seven). Sellers do this to avoid being left with single tickets, which are often difficult to sell, or because of delivery method restrictions (certain tickets can only be delivered in limited quantities).

If you’re unable to order your desired number of tickets for a particular event on Vivid Seats, our Sales Department will work to find those tickets for you. Head over to our help center to find contact information for our Sales Department.
