Changing your email address is simple! Just follow these steps:

1 Go to vividseats.com and click “SIGN IN” or "MY ACCOUNT" in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

2 Log in, if you haven’t already.

3 Select the “Profile” option on the left sidebar.

4 Select “Update Email Address” and enter your desired email address .

5 Click “Update” once you are finished.

6 We’ll send you an email to verify your new address. Follow the link inside to apply the change to your account.
