Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate your request for an exchange. As a resale marketplace, Vivid Seats lists tickets that come from a vast network of sellers, all of whom own or manage their own ticket inventory. When you place an order for tickets, a request is sent to the seller of those tickets. Once the seller confirms the order, you are backed by our Buyer Guarantee and the seller is guaranteed payment in exchange for fulfilling your order. For this reason, sellers do not allow refunds, exchanges, discounts, or cancellations, so we are unable to issue them or make changes to an order that has already been placed. As our Sales Terms state, “All sales are final.”
