If you’re having trouble redeeming a promotional code or email, please review the following:

To redeem a discount from a promotional email (no code), click the banner ad within the email. Doing so will open a ticket selection page in your browser; complete the ticket selection and checkout process through this window. All discounts will be automatically applied at checkout.

Most promotions require you to meet a minimum amount (excluding service and shipping fees) before the discount is applied.  You must meet the minimum amount or more on tickets, before service and delivery fees. to trigger the discount.

Promotional codes valid for specific dollar amounts will only apply to the cost of tickets, not the total price; service and shipping fees are not affected.

We support a few different types of currency and where you are and where your event is will determine what you are charged in. Make sure to double check the currency presented when you place your order.
